In a previous post for Independence Day I noted visiting the 2011 Climb to the Clouds. At the hill climb was Mike Ryan in his Freightliner Cascadia Hill Climb Special. All 1400+ hp of it.

This evening while reading at Bang Shift, I stumbled upon a new video from Jason Lewis of Mike’s run at The Rock.It is 5+ minutes of rallying on a large scale. It is the first video I have seen showing the absolutely horrid conditions on the upper sections. As can be seen, it was sunny, and warm, at the starting line but it just never cleared much above 2500 to 3000 feet. Hit the jump for the video..
